Procedures to start a business

Creation of companies
By means of this procedure you will be able to carry out the procedures for the incorporation and start-up of your company by telematic means. In this way, we avoid you having to travel and save you time and costs.
This procedure can also be done in person by going to the nearest Xarxa de Serveis Empresarials, where they will help you to create your company and will advise you on the effective start of the activity.
Registration of individual entrepreneurs (self-employed)
The individual entrepreneur, popularly known as a self-employed worker, is the natural person who carries out in his own name an economic activity on a regular basis for profit. In these cases, the business activity adopts the name of the natural person who owns the business, although it is also possible to act under a trade name.
This procedure can be done online through the CIRCE System website and then entering the PAE Virtual application with your digital certificates, and also in person by going to the nearest Xarxa de Serveis Empresarials (Business Services Network),


Application for ENMT electronic digital certificate
The electronic FNMT Citizen Certificate is the electronic certification issued by the FNMT-RCM that links its subscriber with a Signature Verification Data and confirms his identity.
This certificate, also known as Individual or User Certificate, is a digital document containing your identification data. It will allow you to identify yourself on the Internet and exchange information with other people and organizations with the guarantee that only you and your interlocutor can access it.
Cl@ve digital certificate application
Cl@ve is an Identification, Authentication and Electronic Signature system for citizens common to the entire State Public Administrative Sector, based on the use of concerted keys, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13.2.c) of Law 11/2007, of June 22, on citizens’ electronic access to public services and in accordance with the European Regulation on Electronic Identity and Signature 910/2014. It allows you to identify yourself to the Administration without having to remember different passwords to access different services.


Request for DNIe digital certificate
The electronic National Identity Card (DNIe) is the document that physically and digitally accredits the personal identity of its holder, allows the electronic signature of documents and grants its bearer the possibility of using the electronic identity in all digital services available. Its main advantage is that in addition to identifying the user to third parties, it allows electronic signature.
